We are thrilled to work with local New Haven non-profit Sanctuary Kitchen to cater excellent prix-fixe menus to our three shows. Sanctuary Kitchen’s mission and impact spoke immediately to our team. In their own words:
At Sanctuary Kitchen, we partner with refugees and immigrants to create economic opportunity, build understanding, and form powerful connections one meal at a time.
Through our culinary training program and social enterprise, we provide hands-on job training and above-market wage employment for refugee and immigrant women in Greater New Haven.
Sanctuary Kitchen supported me when I needed it most, and now I’m proud to help grow the program and support other women like me.
Today, 100% of our chefs are women. Each dish carries not just flavor, but resilience, pride, and hope.
Dining at the Summer Cab will be offered for Friday and Saturday 8pm performances. Each prix-fixe menu offers a vegetarian entree, with each dish being subject to availability. Because we are not able to accommodate modifications, please feel free to peruse the menus below or reach out to us at summer.cabaret@yale.edu with any questions.
